Assistant Manager - Bilingual
HOUSTON APARTMENT FOUNDATION
Responsibilities Assist Property Manager in the management of apartment community. Responsibilities include bookkeeping and accounting procedures, collections, deposit of all monies, leasing, resident retention and providing support to the Property Manager in other areas. Requirements High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in property management as a bookkeeper/assistant manager. Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions. Demonstrated ability to handle employee and resident confrontation. Demonstrated organizational skills. Bilingual - English/Spanish. Ability to work weekends as needed. Active driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
