Think you have what it takes? How You'll Contribute: Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Manager-level Assurance professional to join our dynamic team, in Miami. Our Managers supervise large groups of people on several complex engagements, at the same time. Provide management over a complex portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality services Manage engagements from start to finish: proposals, budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection, etc. Achieve team and individual budget and performance objectives Maintain expert technical standards Proactively identify client needs by understanding their business and key risks Provide value-add services to clients on a consultancy basis, with cross-selling in mind Mentor, train, and develop staff Lead by example: demonstrate a positive, team-player attitude and professional appearance Seek leadership roles in professional, business, or community organizations What Skills You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in public accounting Assurance/Audit Services CPA required Experience supervising teams and leading entire engagement process Expert analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaufman Rossin Co.
