We are looking to add to our already great team of Flooring Install Contractors ! We are seeking an independent professional who is detail-oriented, customer-service-driven, and takes great pride in their craftsmanship.
If you have a proven track record of high-quality installations and are looking to partner with a business that provides consistent, reliable work volume, we want to hear from you.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of professional flooring installation experience is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Complete, well-rounded knowledge of installing multiple floor types (e.g., hardwood, LVP, laminate, tile, or carpet).

Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable work vehicle capable of occasional material pickups in Festus, MO (though materials are frequently delivered directly to the job site).

Character: Must be dependable, thorough, of good character, and professional when interacting with customers on-site.
