Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Manage Service Center staffing.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators.* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (manages system issues).* Actively monitor open work orders.* Responsible for scheduling strategy and service center staffing* Responds to calls with Maintenance requests.* Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff.* Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.**Nature and Scope*** Experience provides solutions.* Ensures that work is performed consistently with company policies and procedures.* Leads a group or team of support, craft, or lower level professional associates.**Work Environment*** Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.* Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).* No travel required.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
