DIGITAL MANAGER, TOUR MARKETING Outback Presents is looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Manager of Tour Marketing who is passionate about live entertainment (with an emphasis on comedy) and lives and breathes ROAS & CVR! Objective: Ticket Sales! The Digital Manager, Tour Marketing is responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization and analysis of in-house paid media campaigns, driving fans from awareness to conversion, and maximizing ticket sales across our touring and live event portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Manage and Optimize a high volume of paid digital, multi-channel ad campaigns across platforms such as: Meta, Google, TikTok, MNTN, Hulu, Amazon, TM1, Spotify, Pandora, Reddit, Pinterest, Snap, Groundtruth, & more. Digital Strategy: Demonstrate a deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and retargeting that drives fans from awareness and engagement to conversion throughout the lifecycle of a show. Audience Targeting: Develop hyper-local artist and fan profiles using customer data, affinity audiences, ticket sales trends and demographic/behavioral insights. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze digital campaign performance and ROAS, providing regular reports to internal teams and key stakeholders. Optimization: Continuously test and refine ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs. Pixel Management: Set up and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and retargeting campaigns to capture valuable audience data. Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Outback Presents at the cutting edge of digital promotion. Capital Allocation: Oversight of multi-million-dollar paid media portfolios across thousands of ad campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tour Marketing strategists, creative teams, and booking/ticketing departments to ensure seamless and timely execution of integrated campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, music business or a related field. 4+ years of work experience in digital advertising or paid media in the live events industry Proven ability to execute, optimize, and scale ticket sales campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced understanding of Google Ads/Analytics, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, TM1, Airtable, Klaviyo, AWS, and more. Highly organized and collaborative with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in metric speak: ROAS, CPM, CVR, CTR, LPV, CPC, etc. Additional Details: Location: Nashville, TN Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, plus full benefits.
