• 300 at 30 days
• 600 at 60 days

Retention bonuses require employment in good standing and a minimum of 20 hours worked per week. What You'll Do Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care Prepare meals and clean up afterward Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, sweeping, and dusting Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Run errands and assist with daily activities Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes What You'll Need At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Make Your Work Matter Great caregiving is about more than completing a checklist.
