Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and you’ll help maintain shelves, support sanitation, and deliver front‑line customer service. What you’ll do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and hazardous material handling. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following cold chain procedures; cleaning the area; monitoring fans, drains, and doors; and reporting issues to management.
