Position Overview

Meridian Home Service Pros is hiring driven, high-performing Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives / Customer Acquisition Specialists .

We are building a premier regional home services brand starting with our flagship Pest Control division. We want aggressive self-starters who thrive in direct-to-consumer outbound sales, love the grind of canvassing, and want to build a high-earning career with rapid path-to-leadership potential.

Payout & Compensation Structure

• 30% Total Contract Value Commission: Earn 30% on every 1-year service agreement generated.

• Fast Two-Stage Payout:

  • 15% paid immediately upon customer signup and initial service completion.

  • 15% paid after the customer completes two recurring maintenance services.

• Uncapped Earnings & Performance Bonuses: Top performers earn $100K+ with clear avenues into Regional Sales Management as we expand across the Southern US.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute direct Door-to-Door (D2D) sales , field canvassing, and local networking to generate new residential and commercial accounts.

• Pitch home owners on pest control solutions, handle objections, and close same-day agreements.

• Manage customer accounts through initial onboarding to ensure high retention.

• Represent the brand with total integrity while exceeding monthly contract targets.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 1+ years in direct sales, preferably Door-to-Door (D2D) , canvassing, roofing, solar, pest control, or home security.

• Hunter Mentality: Comfortable knocking 50+ doors daily, cold approaching homeowners outdoors, and managing physical rejection.

• Self-Discipline: Ability to manage field schedules independently without micromanagement.

• Strong Communication: Expert in objection handling, building instant rapport, and closing on the spot.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable daily personal transportation for field work.
