Job Opportunity

Position Overview

Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This position involves day shifts, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and may require floating to different facilities as necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in scheduled calls three to four weeknights every six weeks, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Provide weekend call coverage, with three shifts required every six weeks.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 18 months recent experience in an operating room is required.
An active certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is necessary (NCCT not accepted).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross is required.
A permanent Ohio license or a compact license must be held at the time of application.

References

Please provide one reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applied for, reflecting assignments worked within the last 12 months.

Additional Information

This position requires the successful completion of background checks and drug screenings. Candidates should be aware of nicotine-free facility requirements and the necessity to be nicotine-free unless exempt.

Location

Position based in Cleveland, OH.

Orientation and Training

Completion of an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation is required, with two attempts permitted for successful completion.
Annual modules will need to be completed, and some time will be billable.
