Production Manager

Location: Mentor, OH

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust production performance proactively to meet KPIs and service levels
Collaborate with Supply Planning to align labor, production schedules, and materials to optimize delivery and minimize cost
Maintain constant communication across all shifts and departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and operations
Enforce safety policies, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actions
Foster a strong team culture built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect
Drive employee engagement and development through coaching and mentoring

What Makes You a Good Fit

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering-related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor role
Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred
ERP system experience is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Proven ability to lead teams and manage production goals in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

Leadership in a Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
Track record of driving performance and safety improvements
Strong decision-making skills and data-driven mindset
