Production Manager
Location: Mentor, OH
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust production performance proactively to meet KPIs and service levels
- Collaborate with Supply Planning to align labor, production schedules, and materials to optimize delivery and minimize cost
- Maintain constant communication across all shifts and departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and operations
- Enforce safety policies, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actions
- Foster a strong team culture built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect
- Drive employee engagement and development through coaching and mentoring
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering-related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor role
- Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred
- ERP system experience is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Leadership in a Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
- Track record of driving performance and safety improvements
- Strong decision-making skills and data-driven mindset
