Human Resources Operations and Analytics Specialist
Battery Park City Authority
The Human Resources Operations and Analytics Specialist supports the Battery Park City Authority's HR function through data analytics, systems management, and employee lifecycle administration. The role develops workforce dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI, optimizes HR systems like ADP Workforce Now, and processes employee transactions. This is a full-time, permanent position based in New York City with telecommuting allowed.
Key qualifications
- Five years of relevant HR experience with expertise in HR systems, reporting, and analytics
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with experience developing reports and analyzing workforce data
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign
