ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains school floors. Removes furniture, waxes floor, and replaces furniture. Assists in maintenance repairs, primarily lawn equipment. Distributes parts, fuel, and other items needed for operation. Assists with welding and maintenance of play ground equipment. Assists in all other areas as required. Neat, well groomed, appropriately dressed appearance. Performs other related duties as required or assigned. Tractor driving experience is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
