We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and support across Skilled Nursing communities within the Harrisburg region. As a Mobile Director of Nursing with Tobin & Associates, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple SNF environments, while enjoying a newly created role that offers variety, change, and immediate impact.

About the Role:

• NEWLY CREATED ROLE supporting Skilled Nursing communities throughout the region

• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple SNF environments

• Assignments may range from several weeks to a couple of months

• Some assignments may involve facility stabilization or turnaround , while others focus on maintaining strong clinical operations until a permanent DON is identified

• Strong regional and divisional clinical/operational support

• Company-paid travel and hotel/lodging through its Concur system

• Ideal opportunity for an accomplished DON or Regional Clinical Leader who enjoys being a hands-on resource

What We're Seeking:

• Our client is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing who:

  • Brings a minimum of 3 years of recent DON experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting

  • Has a demonstrated history of strong clinical leadership and survey outcomes

  • Is experienced with facility stabilization, survey readiness, and clinical performance improvement

  • Can confidently step into a new environment, quickly assess clinical needs, and establish trust with the nursing team

  • Possesses strong staff-development and leadership skills

  • Is comfortable supporting multiple communities and adapting to changing operational needs

  • Is willing to travel and stay overnight as assignments require

  • Brings the professionalism, resilience, and leadership presence necessary to lead effectively during periods of transition

Compensation Package:

• $120,000–$140,000 Annual Base Salary

• Comprehensive benefits package

• Travel expenses reimbursed by the company

• Company-paid hotel/lodging for required overnight assignments

• Full-Time opportunity

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license

• Minimum 3 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting

• Strong history of quality and survey performance

• Experience with facility stabilization, turnaround, survey readiness, clinical leadership and/or multi-site support highly preferred

• Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight stays
