Clinical Operations Coord RN-Home Care Full Time Days

The Clinical Operations Coordinator, RN reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include supervising and directing the office's clinical support staff, managing workload distribution and prioritization of tasks, participating in interviewing, hiring, training, progressive discipline, dismissals, and performance appraisals, overseeing and directing day to day office clinical operations within budget guidelines, assisting with managing providers schedule templates and optimizing patient care hours to enhance productivity, scheduling staff and allocating resources across hours of operation to maximize patient access and satisfaction, provider productivity and efficiency, and staff productivity, responsible for front-line communication with staff to receive and provide feedback regarding clinical workflow, quality and productivity, ensuring that service excellence is delivered and performing service recovery whenever necessary, managing medical surgical supplies within budget, ensuring accuracy of all data collection and data entry by site staff through training and compliance monitoring and facilitating and overseeing flow of information to and from central administrative offices, conducting office staff meetings on a regular basis in coordination with practice leadership, attending and actively participating in leadership meetings, and ensuring that patient dignity and confidentiality are always maintained.

Additional functions include reviewing and approving automated time reports for accuracy, developing tools to support staff and enhance efficiency, providing input into staff performance reviews, monitoring daily transaction activity to ensure compliance with procedures, resolving complex or critical situations involving patients, staff and customers, implementing and maintaining new policies and procedures created by RMG or department leadership, and completing other duties as assigned.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (no holidays, weekends or on-call)

Qualifications

Required: Current state licensure or certification from an accepted accrediting institution in a clinical field, BSN or degree completion within two (2) years of hire, licensed registered nurse, minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, Basic Life Support Certification from an American Heart Association accredited source, effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Two (2) years experience in ambulatory clinic practice setting, supervisory experience.
