Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

RN – Medical/Surgical Tele (MS/Tele)Provide nursing care on an Intermediate Care (IMC) Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. Work day shifts on a 3×12 schedule. Assess, monitor, and care for patients requiring intermediate-level medical-surgical and telemetry services. Perform cardiac monitoring, medication administration, patient assessments, and treatment interventions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner EMR system. Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required. Minimum 2 years of RN experience required. Cerner experience required. Must be a graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state/district. Required Certifications:NIHSSBLSACLSBSN highly preferredTraveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
