This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers with everything from lockouts to high-security installations - making a real difference in people's safety and peace of mind every day. Experience preferable but not required. Responsibilities: Perform residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services Install, repair, and rekey locks, deadbolts, and door hardware Cut and duplicate keys using manual and electronic key-cutting equipment Install and service access control systems, master key systems, and high-security locks Diagnose and troubleshoot lock and security hardware issues on-site Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills About Us: Transbay Lock Inc has been a trusted name in locksmith services in the San Rafael, CA area, delivering reliable and professional security solutions to homeowners, businesses, and drivers alike.
