Within Tax, our Site Selection & Incentives Advisory practice assists companies in assessing and selecting new locations and accessing the myriad tax and other financial incentives offered by state and local governments in return for their investment initiatives and economic activity. We are looking for an Analyst level candidate to join our practice. Responsibilities Work cooperatively with professionals and clients to develop parameters for a new location and select variables and data to assist in decision‑making. Develop discounted cash flow models to compare the benefits and advantages of each site under consideration. Gather data from state and local communities to support the models. Present location analysis to professionals. Assist professionals with creating and executing negotiating strategies on behalf of clients seeking credits and grants for projects within the multi‑state region. Prepare and present proposals and qualifications for professionals to share with prospective clients. Prepare and present comprehensive reports regarding potential financial incentives based on the client’s facts. Requirements Demonstrated knowledge of site selection methods, processes and analysis and the financial incentives (both statutory and discretionary) available in the multi‑state region. Recently received or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance) or MBA from an accredited college or university. Major GPA of 3.0. Must be available to start immediately or no later than July 2026. Ability to work full time no later than July 2026. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated interpersonal and client‑relationship skills. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Proven dedication to teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Proven track record relevant to previous work experience.
