As the PE/CAM you will be responsible for coordinating with the Program Team, other CAMs, Finance counterparts, Subcontract Administrators, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure that program requirements and deliverables are met.Your responsibilities will include:Managing all cost, Technical, and schedule aspects of one or more Control AccountsDeveloping a baseline plan and managing overall execution of support organizationsWorking with the Program Team, Engineering Team, Control Account Managers, Subcontract Management, and the customer to coordinate deliveries and program requirements to ensure that contract commitments are metSupporting team tag-ups with Subcontract Managers, Program Managers, Execution Team leads, Directors and Control Account ManagersLeading/Supporting weekly schedule status meetings, EV reviews, monthly Program Cost and Schedule Reviews and the reporting of data and metricsSupporting the Risk Management process by helping identify, document, and manage contract risks and mitigation plansPromote an environment of continuous improvement and digital transformation within your responsible program scopeThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationControl Account Manager (CAM) and/or Earned Value Management (EVM) experience or equivalent comparable experiencePrevious Project Management or Project Engineering experience or equivalent comparable experienceDeveloping and executing program or project plans experienceDemonstrated ability to develop collaborative working environment across multiple functions;Experience in Metrics development and trackingExperience in MS Office toolsYou will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Desired SkillsCAM Certification or PMI/PMP CertificationPrior Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) or equivalent missile program experience.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to build consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members.Previous Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation experiencePrevious Risk and Opportunity Management development and tracking experienceDeveloping and executing program or project plans experiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
