This role will support marketing analytics frameworks, optimize campaign performance and analytics, and drive actionable insights to enhance ROI and inform product and revenue strategy. Helps execute and support the strategy for functional area(s).Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Providing support on comprehensive marketing analytics strategy to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital and offline marketing campaignsReporting out on dashboards to track marketing performance across channels, including paid media, email, web, social, and offline campaignsPartnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align on reporting methodologies, data-driven strategies, and roadmap initiativesEvaluating marketing attribution models and recommending adjustments to maximize budget efficiency and revenue impactMaintaining automated reporting systems to streamline performance insightsTroubleshooting A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize marketing strategiesTrialing and evaluating first-party measurement solutions in early stage pilotsEnsuring data integrity across marketing platforms. Collaborating with IT and data governance teams to maintain best practices in data managementPreparing data on insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership to influence marketing investment decisions, optimization, and product improvementsCollaborating with CRM and MarTech teams to optimize data flows and campaign executionConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
