International Law Firm, with an office in Reno, Nevada, is in search of an experienced  Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 

JOB DUTIES:

·          Prepare correspondence, pleadings, etc.

·          E-Filing in various Local Courts and Venues

·          Calendaring and scheduling of depositions, hearings, meetings, etc.

·          Working with Attorneys, other support staff and clients

·          Manage Client Billing

·          Process mail, answer telephone calls and other administrative duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in Nevada Law, preferably in the Reno area

· E-filing experience in both State and Federal

· Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure

· Be able to calendar all important dates

· Be extremely organized

· Able to follow through on what needs to be done

· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
