Security Officer

Career Systems Development Corporation seeks a full-time Swing Shift Security Officer to protect students, staff, and property at a Job Corps education and training campus. In this onsite role, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct foot and vehicle patrols, enforce campus rules, and respond to incidents and emergencies. You will complete detailed reports, collaborate with student services and counseling staff, and use strong communication and de-escalation skills to support a safe, respectful, and student-centered learning environment aligned with CSD’s mission.
