The company also operates a multicultural advertising platform, recently recognized with an industry award for data management innovation. As the company enters its next phase of growth, it is investing in senior leadership to expand audience reach and deepen viewer engagement. About the Role This is a newly created Vice President, Audience Growth & Marketing role, responsible for building and leading the marketing function during one of the company's most significant growth periods. You will report directly to the founders and executive team, owning audience growth strategy, performance marketing, and the operating rhythm that supports it. This is a highly visible leadership seat: you will build systems and infrastructure from the ground up rather than inherit an existing function, while developing a high-performing team around you. Key Responsibilities Own and execute a comprehensive audience growth strategy across owned and paid channels Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, Connected TV, YouTube, app stores, and emerging platforms Build and continuously optimize testing and experimentation programs to improve marketing performance over time Partner with Programming, Product, Creative, and Sales to deepen viewer engagement, watch time, and retention Lead, coach, and develop a growing marketing team, establishing clear priorities and accountability Build executive dashboards and reporting infrastructure, leading quarterly planning and budget management Bring a strong creative point of view that shapes campaigns and elevates brand storytelling Present marketing strategy, performance, and recommendations directly to founders and senior leadership Identify and scale new audience acquisition channels as the business grows Qualifications 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including growth or performance marketing for a consumer, media, entertainment, streaming, subscription, or digital platform Proven track record growing audiences through data-driven marketing strategies Deep expertise across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, analytics, attribution, and experimentation Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, resource-conscious environments Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting strategy and performance to founders or senior leadership Genuine appreciation for queer culture and community, with comfort engaging authentically with mission-driven, passionate audiences Experience building systems and processes in an ambiguous, resource-conscious environment is a plus Familiarity with marketing technology and attribution tooling is a plus Performance-based incentive program, with details shared with finalists during the interview process Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible remote work environment, opportunities for travel to company events and industry conferences #J-18808-Ljbffr 80Twenty
