Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join the team of one our sheet metal manufacturing clients in North Houston. The ideal candidate will have handson experience operating Amada, Accurpress, or Safan EBrake press brakes, along with a strong understanding of bend theory, custom part fabrication, and precision measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada HDS 8082, Accurpress Accell, and Safan EBrake press brake machines

• Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and bend specifications

• Apply bend theory to produce accurate, custom sheet metal components

• Select and install proper tooling, dies, and back gauges

• Perform firstarticle inspections and adjust machine settings as needed

• Use measuring instruments such as calipers, tape measures, protractors, and gauges

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout production runs

• Monitor machine performance and report any mechanical issues

• Assist with general fabrication tasks as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating press brakes in a sheet metal manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of bend theory and custom part fabrication

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Proficient with measuring tools and quality checks

• Experience with Amada, Accurpress, or Safan EBrake equipment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work

• Ability to lift, move, and position sheet metal materials safely

Preferred Skills

• Experience customizing parts and working with tight tolerances

• Familiarity with CNC programming or editing bend sequences

• Understanding of lean manufacturing or 5S practices

COMPENSATION: $25-$30 DOE
