Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU)

Job Title: Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3-12 hour night shifts, occasional extra on-call shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 0 years, 2 years relevant experience in critical care nursing preferred License: Must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado Certifications: BLS required upon hire Must-Have: ACLS required within 3 months PALS or ENPC required within 6 months (if traveler stays for 6 months they will need to acquire) TNCC preferred Holidays are mandatory Description: Candidates must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado. Two years of relevant experience in critical care nursing is preferred. Telemetry experience is preferred. BLS certification is required upon hire. ACLS certification is required within three months of hire. PALS or ENPC certification is required within six months for travelers who stay for six months. TNCC certification is preferred. Holiday coverage is mandatory for this position. This is a rapid response position.
