Equipment may include, but is not limited to: carton erectors partition inserters product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU) foil dispensers top closers palletization equipment Manual responsibilities include: loading, building and making boxes hand packaging of bottles loading labels Maintenance includes: perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations Material Handling: Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials Documentation: Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks Perform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, ) Applies correct labels Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects Housekeeping Perform Autonomous maintenance Performance Metrics: Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation. Quality Control Compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures. Line clearance accuracy Autonomous maintenance completion Competencies: Ensures Accountability Decision Quality Communicates Effectively Instills Trust Collaborates Values Differences Drives Results What Makes You Great Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
