About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President of Ancillary Services to provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and performance accountability for key service lines. This executive will initially focus on laboratory and radiology services, with a strong emphasis on integration, growth, and operational excellence. The role involves leading a strategic realignment of the laboratory function and working in a matrixed environment to enhance service delivery and patient access in radiology. A central aspect of the position is the development of a dyad partnership with physician leadership to advance clinical quality, service line growth, and performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate for this transformational leadership role at the company will have a strong background in business acumen and the ability to lead complex, multi-site operations. While experience in laboratory or imaging services is valued, the primary requirement is a proven track record as a healthcare operator with executive presence, financial expertise, and the leadership capabilities to drive enterprise-wide performance. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, capable of building consensus across diverse stakeholders and delivering measurable results in a dynamic and integrated healthcare environment.
