Summary Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving individual and store sales. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships through personalized styling, proactive clienteling, and effective use of digital tools. It also supports team development, visual standards, and store initiatives to uphold brand presentation and performance. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service with personalized styling and product knowledge. Drive sales by achieving individual KPIs and supporting team sales goals. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data. Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors and relationship building. Support store visual standards and merchandising techniques to present product effectively. Participate in store and community initiatives, outreach, and talent sourcing. Adapt selling approach for both in-person and remote customers and leverage digital channels. Requirements Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred. Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and team members. Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Comfort using digital tools for clienteling and outreach. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
