Due to growth, we are looking for Associate Litigation Attorneys and Senior Associate Litigation Attorneys to join our team. Why join us? Competitive Base Salary up to $180K (DOE) + Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), PTO Hybrid-Remote Flexibility Established national firm with growth and mentorship opportunities Job Details Proactively manage automotive product liability and general liability cases in state and federal courts Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and conduct related research Maintain frequent client communication and detailed case reporting Perform comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategic recommendations Coordinate with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings Prepare for and attend trials as needed Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania Minimum 1 year of automotive product liability experience Proven ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish Experience conducting depositions, drafting motions, and handling client communications Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills Desire to provide exceptional client service and contribute to firm growth Interested in hearing more?
