Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an approved medical school.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for or possession of an active Washington medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
