HR ProfessionalWe're looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. You'll help drive a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.Coordinates the full recruitment process for hourly positions. Serves as a resource for candidates and associates by answering application questions, screening internal and external applicants, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.Provides guidance to front line supervisors on interpreting and applying HR policies and practicesAssists with responding to associate concerns and assists with investigations related to policy violationsMaintains accurate employee data in UKGServes as a resource to associates by providing information on policies, benefits, payroll, and job postingsContributes to the development and ongoing improvement of site HR policies and proceduresCoordinates associate involvement initiatives, including the Employee Activity CommitteeSupports planning and execution of associate eventsDemonstrates commitment to Rockline's RRITE values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and ExcellencePromotes a strong safety culture by ensuring work is performed in a safe and responsible mannerSupports a collaborative team environment and completes additional HR-related duties as neededFLSA Status: ExemptTravel Required: No.Preferred behaviors: Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.Preferred motivations: Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help.Preferred education: Associates or better.Required experience: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). 3 years: Administrative support experience required.Preferred experience: Must have ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and prioritize responsibilities.
