Truck Driver Trainee/Student/Refresher

Overview Join our trainee driving program. No experience needed—only a Class A commercial driver’s license. We provide training, equipment, and competitive pay while you gain road experience. Training & Pay Earn $600 per week during the initial training program. Receive $75 for each clean DOT inspection earned while in training. Complete orientation every Monday/Wednesday or start with online orientation any day. Compensation & Promotions Achieve up to .55 CPM immediately after training, .62 CPM at 90 days, and .66 CPM at 6 months. No in‑cab cameras. Equipment & Operations Average vehicle age: 22 months. Fleet averages 5,000–6,000 miles per week. Guaranteed home time. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision. Optional Life, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts after 60 days. 401(k) plan after 180 days. Responsibilities Drive company vehicles as assigned while following safety guidelines. Maintain accurate logs and records. Participate in training sessions and complete required inspections.
