Nursing Home Administrator - Forensic Investigator

You are a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a BSN and RN experience , seeking an intellectually stimulating new challenge. You possess a deep understanding of long-term care operations and patient safety . Responsibilities Investigate cases within long-term care facilities. Analyze complex scenarios, applying your comprehensive knowledge of standards and practices. Write clear, scientifically sound reports. Provide expert testimony. Make a tangible difference. Locations Miami Lakes/Palm Beach Gardens, FL, & Atlanta, GA (hybrid) Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.S.N.); Master’s degree is a plus. Certifications: Active Nursing Home Administrator & RN licenses; CWON and/or WCC certifications are preferred. Experience: 5+ years of broad administrative and operational experience in a Nursing Home or Long-Term Care Residential Facility (ALF, IF, MC, Rehab, SNF) and 10+ years of clinical RN experience, especially in wound care, pressure ulcers, and prevention; teaching/precepting experience is preferred. Additional Experience a Plus: Correctional medicine and/or EMT experience. Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills (written & verbal). Work Style: Approximately 20% travel for inspections; the remainder is focused on analysis and report drafting, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
