Legal Associate

Providing essential legal support services, the part-time hourly Legal Associate will focus on contract drafting, contract review, and legal research while working remotely with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities Prepare and draft various types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents based on provided templates and guidelines Review incoming contracts from third parties, identify key terms and potential issues, and propose specific language changes or amendments Conduct straightforward legal research on relevant topics and statutes regulations Required Qualifications Paralegal certificate, associate degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a legal support role (paralegal, legal assistant, or similar) Strong understanding of contract principles and legal terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote work
