Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$129,500.00 - $194,300.00Purpose Statement: This role is responsible for the proactive planning, execution and delegation of strategies to implement supply chain solutions that mitigate risk, increase Clean to Build, and prevent loss, and the reactive supply chain management within region that solves immediate material concerns. In addition to supply chain design, this role must represent Plexus in collaborative settings with suppliers and customers for the purpose of implementing integrated supply chain solutions while communicating closely with internal stakeholders for improved results.Key Job Accountabilities:Work directly with customers, suppliers, and Material Team Managers to identify and implement solutions that provide optimal return to Plexus while maximizing customer service levelsCollaborate with Supply Chain Solutions and Site/Regional supply chain teams in the analysis and design of supply chain strategies; including but not limited to programs that optimize inventory levels and locations, provide reduced lead time, buffer stock, addition of alternate manufacturers, dampening forecast variabilityProvide strategy, direction, and governance in Material Team Manager (MTM) center of excellence including training and supply chain optimization dashboardProvide reactive support to Sites to resolve Plexpedite constraints with urgency while continuously improving time to closureDevelop new strategies to minimize overall Supply Chain risk to PlexusResponsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Education/Experience Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 8 or more years of related experience is preferred.
