The Real Estate Analyst gathers, evaluates, and interprets market data to support investment decisions and portfolio management for the State of Arkansas. The role involves analyzing property values, market trends, and economic conditions; creating financial models; and maintaining accurate records of state-owned and leased real property. The analyst also coordinates commercial lease transactions statewide and facilitates lease negotiations and renewals in compliance with state and federal laws. Key qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related discipline Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate analysis, financial analysis, or related field Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, property valuation, and due diligence Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel and financial software Arkansas Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Valid driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
