Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, environmental science, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience in transmission or equivalent fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and mentoring engineering teams
• Proficiency with office tools including Pivot Tables, Data Models, Office 365 apps, and other data tracking/efficiency tools
• Ability to influence, lead change, and foster a positive team environment
• Professional Engineering license preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Recruiting experience
• Experience in proposal development and client relationship management
• Demonstrated success in performance feedback and employee development
• Proven ability to collaborate across organizational departments and develop training programs

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering or management discipline
• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in transmission design, engineering, or management roles
• Licensed Professional Engineer highly desirable

• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
