About The Team The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle. About The Role We are seeking a Product Manager to help define the future of unstructured document data at Capital One. This role will leverage GenAI and machine learning to automate document data extraction by partnering with teams to deploy new experiences to agents and associates. You will help lead the enterprise scaling of these extraction capabilities, fundamentally transforming how agents and associates interact with documents. Your work will directly decrease operational expenses, reduce cognitive load for our agents, and unlock new connections across our stakeholders. You will help drive the overarching unstructured data strategy, ensuring that enterprise document data is easy to use, understand, and govern. To be successful, you must operate at the intersection of AI innovation, product data strategy, and enterprise‑scale execution. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
