Registered Respiratory Therapist, Pedi Experience: 3 years Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory Therapist Licenses: RT-CO Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed) Holidays: Required to work 2 out of 3 Observed Holidays Weekends: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 ( Saturday or Sunday's) Float: South & AMC No Time Off Allowed: Blackout Dates: 1st two weeks of assignment, 10/29-11/2, 11/19-11/29, 12/20-12/28; will not approve more than 10 days of RTO SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
REQUIRED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY FOR SUBMISSION:
• Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
• Mininum 5 years of RRT experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU
