Position Overview

As a General Labor Associate , you will support production operations by feeding metal materials into machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This role involves highly repetitive work and is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed metal pieces into production machines according to specifications
• Monitor machine operation and production output
• Perform basic machine setup adjustments to meet cutting and production standards
• Maintain a consistent production pace while meeting quality expectations
• Inspect materials and finished parts for accuracy and defects
• Use basic math skills for measurements and production requirements
• Safely utilize hand tools as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with other production and general labor duties as assigned

This position involves repetitive work and may require processing up to 1,000 pieces per day.

Qualifications

Required

✅ Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience

✅ Experience using hand tools

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Basic math skills

✅ Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures

✅ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✅ Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Schedule

Overnight Shift

Monday - Thursday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Overtime available as needed.

Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!

Pay Rate

$18.50 per hour

Pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
