Licensed Practical Nurse | Long Term Care | Albuquerque, NM, United States. This travel temporary assignment begins on 09/18/2026 and runs for 4 weeks. You will have guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour day shift (06:00–18:30). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document in the patient record according to policy
- Monitor residents’ status, assess for changes, and escalate to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort
- Provide basic wound care and perform routine skincare assessments as ordered
- Maintain accurate care documentation and participate in care planning and shift handoffs
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and resident rights policies

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and meet guaranteed hours
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Local candidates only (able to report to assignment location)
