To support strategic sourcing for Mechanical parts, PWBs, and Cable assemblies, the full-time Commodity Manager will lead a team of Procurement Analysts, develop global sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships while ensuring alignment with business goals in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost and ensure supply continuity Define and lead long-term strategies that align with company growth goals Manage and mentor a technical team, ensuring alignment of individual goals with supply chain targets Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent Experience in sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and ERP systems Strong leadership abilities to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers
