Electrical Superintendent

Job Description The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical projects from start to finish. This includes planning, scheduling, and ensuring all work is completed according to specifications and standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical systems, relevant experience in a supervisory role, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of electricians and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project
- Complete projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
