Full Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) Position

A Full Time Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), position is now available in our Springfield, MA location. The ideal candidate will split their time between a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department (Loomis Lakeside) and a Senior Living Community offering both inpatient & outpatient (Reeds Landing) in the same location. Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing is a beautiful facility with a fantastic rehab director and rehab team!

Job Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Good Faith Rate Range: $43.00 - $49.00
