Customer Service Representative (Csr)
Elko Motor Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software is a plus.
