Customer Service Representative (Csr) Elko Motor Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Responsibilities Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, and resolving concerns. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Requirements Previous customer service experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software is a plus.
