SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Lead

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Lead position Location: Virginia Beach, VA Duration: 11 months Exhibits the ability to implement BO Data Services ETL jobs within a Business Objects Enterprise landscape. Uses an understanding and experience with Business Objects Data Services and ability to support complex ETL Data Flows. Has experience with configuration support of BW extractors/SAP/Non-SAP extractors with Data Services, HANA Replication with Data Services & loading with SAP DMC. Hands‑on skills in one or many of the following skills – SAP BODS, SAP BOIS, SAP SDI, SAP DATA HUB, SAP DMC and SAP Data Migration for S/4 HANA and other SAP products. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA data models, strong proficiency with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, and/or SAP BODS, and proven ability to manage end‑to‑end data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and load execution. Solid understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and load mechanisms. Strong SQL and data quality skills. Leadership of cross‑functional teams, driving mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover readiness, and ensuring data accuracy across all business areas. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
