As a Stat RN coverage is for the hospital with STMI response. Responsibilities The RN is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient to which he or she is assigned. Planning the nursing care needed to meet those needs, including spiritual, emotional and physiological needs. Once planned, the RN is responsible for seeing that the plan of care is carried out through performance and/or leadership of supervised personnel and that the plan of care is evaluated. Directly accountable to the Nurse Manager for the quality of patient care delivered. Modifies and delivers care that is specific to the age, growth and development of patients according to the unit scope of services. When serving in the charge role, he or she is responsible for clinical and leadership functions. Responsible for assessing the needs of each patient and planning the nursing care needed to meet those needs. What You Will Need Current NYS RN license ASN, BSN preferred ACLS preferred Critical Care /ED or Cath Lab experience required Pay Range $44.00/hr – $58.10/hr. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
