This position will be based in Herndon, VA near Washington D.C. In this role, you will be a part of the Client Success team and will have an opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of market research such as new methodologies, project management, implementation, client relationship building, storytelling, and more. This position also offers the right candidate an accelerated career in market research and technology. Responsibilities Perform data analysis and verify data quality. Assist with screener and research design. Communicate with project lead on project status, timelines, follow-ups, etc. Interpret and translate data into actionable insights. Manage research projects, within timeline and budgets. Work with senior management in preparing reports and presentations. Present data and results to internal stakeholders This role offers accelerated career progression with early exposure to global CPG clients and senior leadership. High performers quickly take on greater ownership and advance into Senior Analyst and Client facing roles. Education/Experience A completed bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as business, marketing, social sciences) Some previous market research experience through courses, projects, or internships Key Responsibilities Shows a strong interest in understanding human behavior, especially how people make decisions. Exhibits outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Possess advanced proficiency with MS Office Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Operates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Ability to seek improvement and create an environment for sharing and creative problem solving. Working knowledge of AI tools including ChatGPT and Gemini Experience with project work with the proven ability to work on multiple projects, concurrently leveraging excellent organization and time management skills. Displays a high level of curiosity and investigative mindset with attention to detail and accuracy along with a passion to learn new techniques with enthusiasm.
