IT Specialist III

Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Nonexempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ Duties & Responsibilities Provides advanced technical support for systems, applications, and networks. Troubleshoots complex technical issues and provides resolutions. Installs, configures, and maintains IT systems and infrastructure. Maintains and updates technical documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Advanced knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to maintain and develop documentation Attention to detail Communication skills Minimum/General Experience 5 years to 7 years of related experience Minimum Education Associate's Degree (or equivalent) Disclaimer The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
