Position Overview

Red Hawk Roofing is seeking motivated and ambitious Full Cycle Roofing Sales Representatives to generate, manage, and close their own business opportunities.

Unlike appointment-setting-only positions, this role gives you ownership of the entire customer journey—from prospecting and inspections to presentations, closing deals, and managing projects through completion.

Important Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Due to the nature of the role, including independent contractor responsibilities, field work, transportation requirements, customer interactions, property inspections, and job-site safety considerations, Red Hawk Roofing is only considering candidates who are 18 years of age or older.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Generate Business

• Canvass neighborhoods and generate new opportunities

• Knock doors and build relationships with homeowners

• Identify roofing, storm damage, and exterior restoration needs

• Generate self-sourced leads and referral opportunities

Conduct Inspections & Consultations

• Perform roof and exterior inspections

• Document findings and assess customer needs

• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, storm damage, and restoration options

• Explain insurance restoration processes when applicable

Present & Close Sales

• Deliver professional roofing consultations

• Present solutions and project recommendations

• Handle objections and answer homeowner questions

• Guide customers through the decision-making process

• Close contracts and maintain strong conversion performance

Project Management & Customer Experience

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate communication between homeowners and production teams

• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after project completion

• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities

No roofing experience is required for the right candidate. We provide training for individuals who are driven, coachable, and willing to learn.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work in the field and outdoors

• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs when necessary

• Ability to manage your schedule and workload independently

Compensation & Earnings

100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
