Our Personal Trainer role offers career growth, leadership training, and high earning potential in a dynamic and rewarding industry.About the Role:The Head Trainer plays a key role in supporting the Personal Training team by driving coach development, ensuring program compliance, and improving overall performance. This role partners closely with club leadership to enhance the member experience, coach accountability, and training results in addition to maintaining personal clients and production.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all coaches stay current with required certifications (CPT/CPR) and complete assigned training modules (Crunch Connected)Act as the point person for coach accountability and development within the clubLead and facilitate monthly team workshops focused on app usage, education, and training best practicesDrive adoption and usage of training programs and tools, including identifying and supporting at-risk clientsCoach and develop trainers through weekly shadow sessions and ongoing feedbackPartner with leadership to improve team performance, engagement, and overall resultsTrack and support coach contributions, including team engagement and required monthly involvementMaintain consistent communication with leadership and provide updates on team progress and opportunitiesCompensation & Benefits:Aggressive Earning Potential- 63% session earnings (25+ trained hours/week)Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTOFree Crunch Fitness Membership + Discounted Personal Training SessionsPersonal Development: Ongoing training & mentorshipGrowth opportunities within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.Qualifications:Current nationally recognized CPT certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)CPR/AED certification required2+ years of personal training experience, preferably in a high-volume fitness environmentMust be an Elite or Master level trainer (Multiple certifications)Proven track record of strong sales performance and client retentionDemonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop other trainersStrong understanding of programming, training techniques, and client progressionExperience using fitness technology or training apps is a plusHigh level of organization, accountability, and attention to detailStrong communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindsetAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentPassion for fitness, growth, and delivering an exceptional member experienceIf you're ready to advance your career, lead a high-performing team, and take control of your financial success, apply TODAY!About CR FitnessCR Fitness is a leading franchisee of Crunch Fitness.
